At the function held in ACE Hardware the prize was presented by General Manager – Trade of Co – Load Maldives Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Mohamed Haany.
As the prize of the Lucky Draw MVR 300,000 GRAND CASH PRIZE was presented to Waleeda Mohamed.
Up to 80% discount was given on selected items during the promotion. The promotion was held from 1st May till 30th June.
ACE Hardware & Home Centre and Color Bank has come to an agreement with Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) to provide a fixed discount to Military Personnel.
On behalf of ACE & Color Bank the agreement was signed by the General Manager – Trade of Co – Load Maldives Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Mohamed Haany. Directorate of C4 systems & Civil Military Corporation Director Major Adnan Mohamed signed on behalf of MNDF.
“We came to this agreement today as we would like to appreciate the hard work done by our military for the security and development of the country” said Mr. Haany.
With this agreement ACE & Color Bank stores in Maldives will be providing a fixed discount of 10% for every purchase made by Military Personnel.

Lucky draw coupons will be given for purchases of MVR 299 and above. Also MVR 100 OFF coupons will be distributed throughout the promotion which can be redeemed from 6th June – 30th June ACE stores.
For paint purchases during the promotion get another tin free from ACE, Color Bank will be giving free paint brushes or roller covers for paint purchases.
The winners of ACE Hardware Anniversary Promotion 2016’s Lucky Draw were presented with the prizes today. At the function held in ACE Hardware the prizes were presented by senior employees of ACE Hardware.
The first prize winner of the Anniversary promotion Lucky Draw Fathimath Zamheena won an all-expenses paid trip to Dubai. Mr. Abbas Mohamed, Managing Director of Co-Load Maldives, has been conferred the National Award of Recognition for Enterprise Development in the area of Economics and Enterprises by the government, in appreciation of his services to the community. The award was presented to Mr. Abbas Mohamed by Maldives President Abdulla Yameen at the official function to commemorate the country’s Republic Day this year.
Mr. Abbas Mohamed began his enterprises in the year 1986 with the inception of his company, Co-Load Maldives Pvt. Ltd. where its first line of business was in cargo clearance involving sea and air cargo.
With the successful execution of the endeavour, Mr. Abbas Mohamed ventured into more lines of businesses including export of dried and salted fish, construction and real estate, trading of world-renowned paint brands and later acquiring a license of the world number one home improvement franchise, Ace Hardware of the US for operating Ace stores in the Maldives. Mr. Abbas Mohamed has also made a mark in the area of business education with the opening of the institute, Male’ Business School which was later elevated into a College.

ACE Recreation Club (ARC) has been re-branded to Co-Load Recreation Club (CRC) today at a function held in Dharubaaruge.
The new logo and slogan was unveiled during the function, which were chosen through a competition held between the 4 stores operating under Co-Load Trade.

ACE Hardware & Home Centre and Color Bank donate’s MVR 20,000 to Advocating the Rights of Children (ARC).
In the event held at Orchid Magu Color Bank the donation was presented by Co-Load Maldives General Manager - Trade Mr. Mohamed Haany and received by ARC’s Executive Director Ms. Zenysha Zaki.
“We are presenting this donation to ARC under ACE Hardware and Color Banks Corporate social responsibility campaign we will be making more donations in the future to all the sectors that are in need” says Mr. Haany. He also went on further adding that ACE and Color Bank will be working together with ARC to raise funds for their cause by placing donation boxes in ACE and Color Bank stores.
“This initiative by ACE Hardware and Color Bank is a testimony of their commitment to improve the lives of Children in the Maldives” says Ms. Zaki. She also highlighted that the donation will be utilized for ARC’S HOPE campaign against Child Abuse, under which awareness raising activities are to be conducted in Male’ and the atolls, targeting children, parents and teachers. She also said that since ARC is a non-profit organization, ARC relies on generous contributions from the community to conduct their work.

Co-Load Maldives Pvt. Ltd., a renowned and reputed company of Maldives in operation for 28 years, held their Annual Staff Event, Friday night at Nasandhura Palace Hotel.
Achievers of the year 2014 were awarded prizes during the event while employees who had completed training programmes during the year were presented certificates.
The highlight of the event was the inauguration of a charity fund by the name “Donate to a Cause” initiated by the staff.
