• Programming knowledge (Website development and managing internal software) ·      • Knowledge in QB Point of Sales & SAP software. ·
• Able to troubleshoot network issues & network management ·
• Technical knowledge in CCTV, Computer Systems, Printers, Photocopy machines, fingerprint machine etc.
• Diploma in Information technology or a relevant qualification.
• Previous work experience in related work field will be an added advantage

# Administration & Human Resource Manager
The office administrator/human resource manager’s scope of work covers overseeing all office administrative procedures, handling all human resource functions, maintaining effective communication within the office, to ensure the smooth operation of the organization, while upholding the organization’s policies and standards.
•  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource or related discipline
•  Experience in Administration and Human Resource field will be an added advantage
•  Helpful attitude and ability to problem solve
•  Identify, manage and monitor all administrative requirements & training coordination of the organization
•  Manage all HR functions of the organization.
•  Develop and maintain good communication and working relationship among employees and with all relevant local governmental authorities and other parties.
•  Assist the management in planning, organizing and managing of the various activities conducted within the organization.
• Observe and make recommendations to the management regarding more effective and more organized handling of operations within the organization.
• Project and maintain a positive and professional image of the organization through all means of communication.
